  • No Surprises Act
    In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, I am required to notify all healthcare consumers of your Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” This Act requires that I notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by a non-participating provider and provide options to receive care from an in-network provider if available. Additionally, I must give you a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services for the duration of treatment. It is difficult to determine the proper length of treatment for mental health care, but I will do my best to provide an estimate based on the average length of treatment.
  • Do we accept self pay?
    Yes. If you choose not to use your insurance, have insurance that is not accepted, or do not have insurance, you have the option to self-pay. Self-pay patients are responsible for covering the full cost of the services provided.
  • How long are appointments?
    Appointments will be 55 - 60 minutes in duration

    One time 15-minute phone consultation: Free Initial Intake- includes Diagnostic Evaluation, 60 min: $230.00 Individual Therapy, 55-60 min: $200.00
  • Which insurances do we accept?

  • Cancellations
    There is a 24-hour notice for cancellations. In the event you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay a fee of $100.00. Insurances do not provide reimbursements for missed or canceled appointments. You will be responsible for the cancellation fee.
